Sylvia is a TCK (third cultural kid) born in Sao Paulo, US-educated, European-groomed, Asia tested and now in Lisbon she has embraced her identity fully in the work she does consulting for brands in Europe and Asia. She shares how being a woman, a mother and entrepreneur is not an easy task and role to fulfill and that she has had to learn along the way through the ups and downs how to find that work life balance!

You don’t need to choose between life and work. For me, it is about how can you make it both work in symphony…its a harmonize interaction between the two elements.
