Vera shares with us her own struggles with relationships, how she created Beauty from Awareness, and why she is so passionate about helping women of all ages to discover their true self and inner beauty through skincare and our natural facial aesthetics. Most of us shower and wash our face really quickly, we don't intimately touch our bodies and facial features by ourselves as often as we should. I would encourage you to spend more time massaging your body and facial features in order to create a space of security like infants experience as babies.
