Zara Seligson is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Herbalist and Certified Yoga & Ayurveda Instructor who specializes in women's reproductive health and education, Ayurvedic nutrition & lifestyle, Adrenal health & recovery, and therapeutic wellness programs. Her work is based in the beliefs that these principles are for everyone. Zara has studied and is influenced by various nutritional and wellness schools of thought, such as plant-based eating, whole foods, Ayurveda, Yoga, and spiritist healing traditions. She uses these healing tools as a way to create personalized health and self-care programs as well as classes and group courses that address a wide variety of physiological, spiritual, and emotional issues that women face.
