About Mai Bach:

Social entrepreneur, activist, and vegan chef, Mai is co-founder and CEO of B Corporation certified vegan restaurant group Ooh Cha Cha. Ooh Cha Cha's mission is to build sustainable and equitable communities through the simple act of eating. Born and raised in southern California to refugees of the Vietnam war, she graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communications Studies and minor in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Currently based in Taipei, Taiwan, she's passionate about empowering people through knowledge and individual action.
