Overcoming Trauma with Davina Ho

“The tools and resources are out there, you are not alone.”

Summary of Episode:

Jenn speaks to Davina Ho, founder of Inhabit Meditation who has a vision to create silent spaces for stressed out city dwellers in urban environments. Davina works with clients and companies dealing with issues from burnout and stress as well as trauma, sleep issues, depression, and anxiety. She shares with us how when her father passed away over a decade ago, therapy, yoga, and meditation were what helped her heal and process her grief.

What most people don't understand is how therapy works...a lot of the time you come out of it worse at lot of the times because you are processing and you are working through things and you are trying to understand yourself better, your past and your history and you are pulling all the threads together, to really have a deeper awareness of you who are and what shaped you in your past.
