About Steffi Lopez Gonzalez

Steffi is a Life Coach, Mentor, Teacher. A Wellness Expert specialized in Mindfulness and Human Transformation. Steffi is a Life Coach and Yoga Teacher. She finished her degree with Cum Laude on her thesis in Communication Science and spent more than eight years working as TV host as well as in the two main national Radio Stations in Spain and as a producer in advertising in The Netherlands. She left the corporate world to create a real impact on people's quality of life. She is the Founder of Your life Your playground. She has done diverse trainings following different lineages among them: Sivananda, India; Vikasa, Thailand; Wild Lotus with Patrick Creelman in Hong Kong. And got her Coaching Award under Global NLP Master Miami, USA. In the last six years she has fully dedicated herself to the wellbeing of others. She teaches yoga, holds coaching consultations, speaks at corporate seminars, runs health and wellness retreats and participates in large wellness events in HK and internationally. She has been guest speaker and run workshops with a large range of international global organizations.
