About Sarah Shannon:

Sarah Shannon is a yoga and meditation teacher, cacao ceremony facilitator and retreat host. She shares her offerings online and through her retreats Wild & Free, and in the Algarve Portugal.

Sarah believes through yoga and soulful practices and rituals, we can connect to something powerful and beautiful. Our own natural power. The practices that she shares have allowed her to discover who she is and has given her the confidence to let her light shine in this world.

Sarah used to be a corporate lawyer. She spent years studying law and seven years working in Dublin law firms before leaving my career to follow her inner knowing that was telling her something wasn’t right. It was a difficult, well dragged out decision that took a lot of soul searching, journaling, and inner confidence building to make.

Yoga was her guide. Yoga spurred her to go on a self-discovery adventure; to countries across Asia, Buddhist monasteries, Indian ashrams and to sit in silent meditation for ten days in Malaysia. Yoga sparked passion and curiosity within her. Traveling in the East opened up her spiritual pathways and gave her time to get to know herself which she brings to her teachings and retreats.
