About Jinbar:
Jinbar is the second passion project of Spanish Chef Pablo Lorenzo a year after the opening of JUJU Spanish Gastrobar. Born in the Canary Islands in the South of Spain, Chef Pablo first learnt about cooking at a very young age by assisting his grandmother and mother in the kitchen. From here, Pablo went on to train in a 2-michelin star restaurant in Madrid and to travel around the world learning about different cuisines, finally settling down in Taipei determined to introduce locals to the true essence of homestyle Spanish cooking. After working as cooking teacher, caterer and consultant, Chef Pablo opened his own restaurant JUJU Spanish Gastrobar in 2018, where he greets customers from its open kitchen into a space that combines the warm, lively atmosphere of his home country with probably the most authentic Spanish food in the city.
